Remote | £35k + Bonus | B2B Technology Marketing Agency

Are you passionate about paid media, data and driving measurable results?

We're looking for a Paid Media Executive to join a fast-growing B2B marketing agency that partners with ambitious technology and SaaS companies to generate pipeline, revenue and growth through best-in-class performance marketing.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and PPC campaigns who enjoys analysing data, uncovering insights and continuously optimising campaign performance

The Role

Working closely with the Performance team, you'll support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across multiple channels. You'll play a key role in improving campaign performance, managing budgets and delivering meaningful results for a portfolio of B2B technology clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimise PPC and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn and Meta.
Monitor budgets and campaign performance to maximise ROI.
Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities to improve results.
Produce reports and communicate performance insights to internal teams.
Support campaign planning, implementation and ongoing optimisation.
Develop testing strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
Keep up to date with platform updates, industry trends and best practices.

Skills & Experience

Experience managing or supporting paid media campaigns.
Strong understanding of PPC, paid social and performance marketing.
Knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Strong reporting and communication skills.
Ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
